What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, size and colour. Standard catalogue items can usually be supplied in modest trade quantities, while custom colours or branding typically require larger runs. Send us the item and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
Can you produce custom sizes, colours or branding?
Yes, on request and subject to volume. Custom colours, embossing and branding options are available for qualifying production runs. Custom work may require tooling or setup, which affects lead time and minimum quantity, so it is best discussed early in the enquiry.
Do you offer collection or delivery?
Both options are available. Buyers can collect from Number 45 Pom Road, Masasa, Harare, or arrange delivery to their location. Delivery arrangements, timing and any associated cost are confirmed as part of your quote.
What are typical lead times?
Lead times depend on product, quantity, colour and current production scheduling. Standard items in common colours are generally faster than custom specifications. We confirm an indicative lead time with every quote so you can plan your stock.
Which materials do you use, and are they food-grade?
We work mainly with polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and PET, selected to suit the application. Food-grade options are available for storage and packaging items intended for food contact, while heavy-duty grades are used for buckets, jerry cans and transport items. Tell us your application and we will recommend the appropriate material.
Do you supply resellers and distributors?
Yes. A significant share of our output goes to retailers, wholesalers and distributors across Zimbabwe. Bulk supply, repeat ordering and consistent specifications are core to how we work with trade buyers.
